Submitting an inquiry, registration request, rental request, waitlist form, or checkout information does not guarantee acceptance or availability. Cedar Creek confirms scope, timing, price, and fulfillment before a custom request or reservation is final.
Customers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, spelling, sizes, colors, quantities, layouts, and other proof details. Approval authorizes Cedar Creek to proceed based on the approved version. Changes after approval may affect price and timing.
By providing a logo, image, design, or other material, the customer represents that they have permission to use it and authorizes Cedar Creek to use it for the requested work. Cedar Creek may decline material that appears infringing, unsafe, hateful, or unlawful.
Wood grain, color, placement, print results, and other handmade characteristics may vary slightly. These natural production differences are not defects when the finished item reasonably matches the approved design.
Turnaround estimates begin after required information, approvals, and payment arrangements are complete. Shipping carriers, weather, material availability, live-animal conditions, and customer delays may affect timing.
Personalized, custom, live-animal, digital-service, and event purchases are generally not returnable once work or fulfillment begins. If Cedar Creek made an error or an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly with photos and the order reference so we can evaluate an appropriate correction.
Participants must follow safety instructions. Rental customers are responsible for agreed pickup, return, condition, and authorized use requirements. Final cancellation, deposit, and damage terms are provided with the specific reservation.
Availability, hatch results, sex, traits, and development cannot be guaranteed beyond the terms expressly confirmed for a specific transaction. Cedar Creek may delay or decline fulfillment when weather, animal welfare, health, or transport conditions make proceeding inappropriate.
Cedar Creek stores information customers submit so we can respond, manage orders and projects, provide private portal access, and maintain required records. Private project files and portal information are access-controlled. We do not sell customer contact information.
